January 2014 - Recognizing the Authors

With the conclusion of the holidays and 2014 in full swing, today we are proud to recognize four authors: Arshad, Aaron, Brian and Datta.  Each of these authors has made their mark in the community and we are proud to have them as team members @  We are recognizing Datta today for the first time and Arshad, Aaron and Brian are recognized with elevated distinctions.  On behalf of the community, we sincerely thank you for the value you deliver to the global SQL Server community every second of the day!   • Arshad Ali - We would like to thank Arshad for all of his Business Intelligence tips and insight into new releases of SQL Server!  Thank you and congrats on this momentous accomplishment that you helped spearhead.
  • K. Brian Kelley - Brian has been the foundation of the security tips since 2008.  He has even been speaking on webcasts and sharing his experiences in new and different ways.  Thank you and congrats as an Champion! Rising Star Award - 50+ tips

  • Aaron Bertrand - Aaron has contributed tips on numerous development and performance tuning topics.  All of which are insightful, helpful to the community and well respected.  Thank you and congrats as an Rising Star! Trendsetter Award - 25+ tips

  • Dattatrey Sindol - Datta has been an up and coming author on since 2011.  He has helped the community with numerous Business Intelligence and Professional Development tips.  He has even been branching out to Big Data.  Thank you and congrats as an Trendsetter!

August 2013 - Recognizing the Authors

Today we are going to recognize three new authors for their achievements in the community and elevate the recognition for one of our distinguished authors. 

On behalf of the Community, congratulations to Ben, Daniel and Manvendra.  Each of these authors have helped the community in unique ways and we value their accomplishments.  We look forward to a long standing relationship of benefitting the community on a regular basis across the entire SQL Server stack.

We also want to recognize Siddharth as an Rising Star.  He has contributed 50 tips to date and we appreciate all of the Business Intelligence guidance he has provided to the community.

April 2013 - Recognizing the Authors

On behalf of the Community, we would like to recognize the Authors and all of their accomplishments.  They have worked very hard year in and year out to help the greater SQL Server community with informative tips and responded to numerous questions from community members to help address their needs.  We are very proud of all of their accomplishments and all they do to help the SQL Server community.  Let's recognize these authors and their milestones: Champion Award - 100+ tips Achiever Award - 75+ tips Rising Star Award - 50+ tips Trendsetter Award - 25+ tips

Arshad Ali - Achiever

We need to give credit, where credit is due.  In a recent conversation with Arshad, he made a number of recommendations for our team and inspired us.  One of the suggestions are these awards.  Many thanks to Arshad for all that he does for the SQL Server Community and his recommendations.  Congrats Arshad - We look forward to our next conversation.
