On Demand Webcast Abstract
SQL Server allows you to utilize basic Availability Groups for SQL Server 2016 and later. This feature is a replacement of database mirroring and lets you setup a failover database for your primary database for DR and HA purposes.
An advantage of basic Availability Groups is that there is not a need to use the Enterprise edition, so this feature can be used with the Standard edition of SQL Server.
In this webinar, we will look at the following:
- What are basic Availability Groups
- Why you would use basic Availability Groups
- How to configure basic Availability Groups
- Management and Monitoring of basic Availability Groups
- Troubleshooting basic Availability Groups
- Limitations of basic Availability Groups
Join us for this free webinar to learn more about basic Availability Groups and why this may be a good option for your SQL Server environment.
