Problem
I am studying for the AZ-100 Exam. I have some experience in Azure and was wondering if you can help with some questions, tips and links about this exam.
Solution
In this tip, we will give you some links, tips, books, and training exams to pass the AZ-100 exam.
Who should take this exam?
This exam is oriented to Azure Administrators in charge of the network, virtual machines, AD, etc.
I am a SQL Server DBA. Is this exam for me?
This exam is not directly related to SQL Server or Azure SQL. However, the Azure knowledge will help configure SQL Server on Azure, connect to Azure AD in SQL Server and Azure SQL as well as it will give you a deep knowledge about virtual machines (VM) in Azure that you will need to install SQL Server. We believe that other Azure Exams will be easier to pass if you start here.
Is the exam difficult?
Yes, it is not extremely difficult, but it is not easy. You need to study a lot. If you do not have Azure experience, it will be hard.
Which books would you recommend for this exam?
The following books will be useful:
- Exam AZ-100 Study & Lab Guide: Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
- Exam Ref AZ-100 Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
